I've really enjoyed the look I get out the the Hot Rod Gloss paints. Its very period correct to the 60's style race cars I've built. The paint applies easily and wet sands beautifully to give a super smooth finish that shines but without the over glossed look of two stage paint. My only complaint is that the Regal Red (which was the darkest red choice) still wasn't as dark a red as I was looking for. But it still looks great.
