We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, TCP Global accepts eligible returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
- Items must be returned in resellable condition.
- An RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number is required for all returns.

To begin a return or exchange, contact our customer service team to request an RGA number.

Return Shipping
- For standard returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for return shipments.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible and include photos or other supporting information when requested.
- You will not be responsible for return shipping on approved defective or incorrect-item returns.
- We may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.
Restocking Fees
- No restocking fee will be charged for items returned in new, resellable condition.
- Items that are used, incomplete, opened, damaged by the customer, or not returned in resellable condition may be subject to a partial refund, restocking fee, or denial of return.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first so we can confirm availability and provide return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return unless required by law or approved by TCP Global:
- Used products
- Items not in original packaging
- Special-order or custom items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, aerosols, paints, or chemicals where return shipping restrictions apply
- Items marked final sale or non-returnable
Return Addresses
Your return location will be provided when your RGA number is issued. Do not send returns without authorization.
