International Shipping
- We ship to select international destinations.
- Delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Important:
- International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees.
- Customs delays are outside of our control.
Shipping Restrictions

Carrier & Shipping Method Selection
TCP Global reserves the right to select the most appropriate shipping carrier and method for your order based on product type, destination, shipping regulations, and operational efficiency.

- Orders may be shipped in multiple packages from different warehouse locations.

Shipping Delays

TCP Global is not responsible for delays once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will assist with filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
