    small project

    Had sandblasted a very old cast iron and steel medical /doctor’s office balance beam scale. Paint was a good color for this purpose. Finish has a nice gloss to it. Just what the doctor called for!

    Ivory acrylic enamel

    It sprayed on great. Considering I’m a total nube to this, with only the vaguest idea what I’m doing. It’s basically an easy one coat application. I haven’t tried to buff out the runs yet but that’s no fault of the paint. Only thing is I can’t find anything anywhere telling me what I’m supposed to use as solvent to clean out my gun once done.
