• Sturdy 5.75" long x 4.2" wide x 0.17mm thick rectangular spray-out test panels made of manganese steel that are polyester coated on both sides in white and have a black center stripe.
• They are used by automotive body shops, manufacturers, and other painters to do a test paint spray out to check for paint color match, coating coverage, hiding power, color sheen, and metallic flow before using the paint material.
• After spraying or brushing paint onto a metal spray-out test panel card, you will see all the aspects of the paint coating color and coverage, as the paint color will contrast against the white and black lined background.
• For instant color comparisons, place the test panel's 0.6mm hole directly over a sample of the color you are trying to match to check for an accurate match.
