    • 1 Liter (1.057 Quart) of U-POL UP2251 (4.2 VOC) HS High Build Urethane Primer
    • 250 ml (0.264 Quart) of U-POL UP2327 Standard Hardener

    (Makes 1 1/4 Sprayable Quarts = Aprox. 1.25 Liters)

    NOTE: This Clearcoat meets the 4.2 National VOC Rule, but is not VOC compliant for sale in California and Canada will not be sold in either California or Canada.

    Great value!!

    This is my first time using this particular primer. It sprays and lays down nice. Sands very easily. Will definitely use it again.
