    Electric Blue basecoat/clearcoat system

I'm giving this 4 stars because it's my first experience painting a car and don't have anything to compare to. I am highly pleased with how the car came out. The basecoat went on nice and even and seemed to cover well. Clearcoat was also easy to apply and laid down very well. I would not hesitate to recommend this TCP product.
