INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Most international orders will be shipped via U.S. mail (Global Express, Global Priority, or standard Air mail).
- Your credit card will be charged based on weight of the final package and ship to address (location the order is being sent). The exception is if your order includes paint or any other item that is deemed a dangerous good in accordance with 49 CFR and IATA regulations. The order cannot be shipped via U.S. mail. As the fees for shipping a dangerous good can be very expensive you will be e-mailed with the shipping fee prior to shipping. A delay in response will delay shipping of your order.
- Some Canada postal codes can receive UPS ground shipments that contain dangerous goods with no additional hazmat fees (postal code will be verified with UPS). Rates are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities. Request for special shipping will be considered. Special shipping request, will likely delay shipping.
- Purchaser is responsible for all (Duties, Taxes & VAT) fees within their country. TCP Global does not collect this fees due to the fees being country based.
- Shipping hazardous materials to some INTERNATIONAL countries will incur additional shipping charges. You will be contacted outside to pay these charges.
- Hazardous Materials may be shipped by air, but require special Boxes, Packaging, Warnings and additional Fees that are included in the air shipping Quote.
