Our other long reach tools had become bent. While they worked well in some cars, they were no longer helpful in some situations. We ordered the Bigeasy Classic to be used when a straighter tool could be inserted at the top left hand corner of the passenger side window to pull the handle or lock. We have not used the other tools that came in the package as we had those types of tools already. We are extremely satisfied with the Bigeasy and call her Miss Pinkie!
