    House of color Shimrin2 candy base

    I am highly pleased with the ease of application, the high color saturation and minimization of clean up with use of this product that was available in a 12 oz aerosol the color . I applied the Kandy Tangerine base coat over HOC Shimrin 2 Sunset Pearl the total results were stunning.
