    Product Details

    RU300 can be used to reduce all Kosmic System products: Kandys, Clears, and all Shimrin basecoats. It will not change the VOC content of any product it is added to, and will not react with any coating. It is a fast to medium dry reducer that can be blended with other reducers for varied dry times.
