Micro-Fine Filtration: These 50 Micron Paint Cone Strainers are engineered for painters who demand flawless results—especially when spraying clear coats. Clear coats are unforgiving, and even microscopic debris can ruin an otherwise perfect finish. That is why micro-fine 50-micron filtration is critical during the final pour into the spray gun cup for optimal results.
Durable Construction: Constructed with premium-quality nylon mesh, these disposable paint strainers effectively remove dust, dried paint particles, and shop contaminants without restricting material flow. Ideal for automotive clear coat applications, they also work exceptionally well with urethane, non-metallic basecoat, lacquer, and varnish.
Higher-Quality Finish: Whether you’re in a professional body shop, custom paint booth, or garage setup, these strainers help prevent spray gun clogs, fisheyes, and surface imperfections, saving time and material while delivering a smoother, higher-quality finish.
Durable & Solvent-Resistant: These premium paper funnels are designed to maintain their shape and structural integrity even when used with thinners and solvent-based paints, preventing collapses and messy spills. These single-use disposable strainers eliminate the need to clean reusable filters, so you can focus on the paint job, not the cleanup.
Important Usage Note: These micro-fine 50-micron filters are specialized for clearcoats and non-metallic finishes. Because the mesh is so fine, they are not intended for use with metallic or pearl coatings, as they may filter out the specialized flakes and pigments required for those finishes.
